The New Georgia Project (NGP) and the New Georgia Project Action Fund (NGPAF) seek an experienced and energetic professional who will lead our efforts to strengthen NGPAF’s civic engagement and political program. The Political Director will work closely with NGPAF core partners to develop, fund, and execute rigorous political and civic engagement programs. Major efforts will include voter registration, voter education, independent expenditures on the Presidential and US Senate races, local candidates, and several statewide and local ballot initiatives. The political director is responsible for managing and coordinating our electoral program, including fundraising and donor cultivation.

The Quality Control Specialist will ensure the validity of the voter registration forms that an office collects.

The position will be responsible for the daily, monthly, and annual accounting and reporting needs of our organization. The Senior Accountant reports to the Chief Financial Officer and works in close collaboration with senior leadership, program leads, and other staff.

The Research Director will achieve the objectives of the organizations’ strategic directives. The Research Director’s responsibilities will include execution of NGP’s research agenda, managing staff, leading external advisory committees, and support of programmatic development and grant management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative and entrepreneurial spirit and experience leading social and technical research. This position reports to the Data Director and works in close partnership with other senior leadership.
