Roderick Smith

Why do you do this work?

This work is important to me because it shapes our future, our community and impacts the overall progression of life.

How has this work changed you?

This work has changed me in a positive way. I now look at life internally as well as externally. I truly understand how numbers affect minorities. In addition, it’s provided clarity in the area of diversity and inclusion.

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?

I would love to have dinner with Martin Luther King and Malcolm X that way the questions I have can be answered from two different point of views. I could then compare and contrast and come to my own conclusion on subjects.
